Our Delivery Process
This is the process from submitting an order through delivery to your property.
Submit an Order
Start by choosing a product and quantity. Then add the delivery zip code and pick a date for delivery.
Supplier Assignment
Your order is assigned to a supplier in our network for delivery.
Confirming Delivery
An email confirms the delivery date and includes a phone number for the supplier handling your delivery.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material arrives by dump truck and is dropped in the driveway or at the property location you designate.
Delivery Day Details
Prepare Before Delivery
- Make room at the spot selected for the material.
- Provide dump truck access on a minimum 12-foot-wide route clear of hanging branches and wires.
- Identify the dumping spot with a flag, cone, or other visible marker.
- You do NOT need to be home. Leave a clear route for the truck and instructions for where to place the material.
- Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation.
At Delivery
- If placement needs clarification, the driver may call or text.
- The material is unloaded in a pile where you specified.
- The normal drop point is a driveway or accessible ground beside it.
- Expect the full delivery to take about 10-15 minutes.

Delivery Questions
Must I be present for delivery?
No. Provide clear access and tell us where the material goes. The driver will dump it according to those directions.
Available order amounts
Order as little as a single ton or as much as a multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us what you need so we can prepare the load.
Can materials be dumped in a backyard?
For safe unloading, dump trucks require a level, open surface. Backyard placement is possible when a truck can get there; otherwise, the usual location is the driveway or beside the street.
If my order is too large or too small
Use the calculator to estimate your material needs. Place a separate order if more is needed. For cancellations, review the refund policy.
Weekend delivery availability
Delivery is currently available only on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Select the date you want during checkout.
Confirmation details
An email with the order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will then contact you to verify the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
When truck access is not possible
Dump trucks need an access route at least 12-foot wide, clear of hanging branches and overhead wires. When the site is inaccessible, the driver will dump the material at the nearest safe point. Contact us before ordering with access concerns.
